Piano Lessons for Children & Teens
Has your child or teen expressed interest in piano lessons?
Your child will thrive learning with an experienced teacher who is attuned to their needs as a student. While encouraging curiosity, playfulness, and experimentation, Dr. Monique incorporates both tried-and-true as well as cutting-edge pedagogical practices to instill a lifelong love of musical learning. Your child’s personality and learning styles will be accommodated with custom-tailored lessons that engage, support, and challenge them.
In addition to one-on-one lessons, your child will have multiple opportunities to make friends and share their accomplishments at our group class parties and recitals each semester. Those seeking an extra challenge will be supported and encouraged to participate in external adjudications and music festivals including those offered by the Music Teachers National Association, Royal Conservatory of Music, National Guild of Piano Teachers, and the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music.
Lessons are offered to gifted children over the age of 10 with previous experience.
